The word AAIM stands for “An Achievement in Marketing”, which only 5% of all CENTURY 21 offices attain. We are members of the Knoxville Board of Realtors and work through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This means we can show you any home any Knoxville area Realtor has listed in the city and the surrounding areas regardless of which company has the property listed for sale.

We are located in Farragut and in Lenoir City.  We have been in business since 1969 and one of the top ten Real Estate companies in Knoxville since 1978. Ranked the number one CENTURY 21 office since 1978, our office first received the prestigious Quality Service award in 1994 and then again every year from 1996 to present. In 1997, Broker/Owner Richard Scarbrough was the Knoxville Association of Realtors president.  Our office in Lenoir City was opened in 2007 to better serve our Loudon County clients and customers.
